Before you troubleshoot
- Close and restart the game.
- Check your connection for features that need the internet.
- Install the latest available update from the same source you used to install the game.
- Restart your device if the issue continues.
Keep your save data safe. Do not uninstall or clear app data as a routine fix. Progress is stored on your device, and cloud recovery is not currently offered in the inspected development build.
Report a bug or share feedback
Include your device model, operating system, game version and build from Settings → About, what happened, and steps to reproduce it. Include the approximate time and a screenshot if useful; remove unrelated personal information.
Never send passwords, security codes, authentication tokens, or full payment-card details.
Purchases and missing rewards
If the game version you are using offers store purchases, keep your store order identifier, item name, and approximate purchase time. Do not purchase again to recover a missing reward. Contact us for help; refunds are subject to the applicable store process and your legal rights.
