Current development status
The inspected Wormchemy development build uses device-local saves. Its Unity cloud project is not linked, so anonymous cloud sign-in and cloud saves are inactive in that build.
A self-service cloud-account deletion service is not currently available. This page does not delete an account or confirm that data has been erased.
Contact us about your data
Email support@webaillc.com or send a privacy request. State that your request concerns Wormchemy, describe what you want deleted, and include the game version and any player ID actually shown by your build. Do not send login credentials. We may need to verify ownership before acting.
If a test build uses a cloud account, tell us which build. Uninstalling or clearing local data does not delete cloud or provider records. Do not remove local saves before contacting support if you want to preserve your progress.
What deletion means
Deleting local saves can permanently remove progress, currency, items, and settings. It does not cancel any purchase or future subscription with a platform store. Records that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes may be retained for those purposes, with applicable retention explained when we respond.
Read the shared privacy policy and request information. A verified in-app and external deletion process must be in place before cloud accounts are offered in a public release.
